Shipping Info
Our shipping policy reflects the extra care we take with your Veni’s handmade candy selections. To ensure your order is received in the best condition possible, we recommend that your order be shipped in insulated shipping containers with ice packs during the warmer months (usually April through October) or when shipping to warm weather areas.
2nd Day shipping may be necessary for orders being shipped to warmer climates or during the warmer months. Overnight shipping is also available and may be required if the weather has been unseasonably warm.

Shipping Deadlines:
Orders placed before 11:00 am (EST) will be processed the same day. Please allow 24 hours for processing for orders placed after 11:00 am (EST). Recipient delivery address and phone number is required.
Our shipping options include Overnight (including Saturday delivery), 2nd Day and Standard Delivery (up to 7 business days). You can also specify a particular date that you’d like your order to arrive.
Since temperatures vary across the country, we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee it’s arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order.

Please note:
- Shipping charges are per recipient.
- Due to warm weather from April 1st to October 31st, there will be an additional $8.00 shipping charge.
Specific Date Delivery:
All orders with a specific date delivery will be shipped to arrive as close to that date as possible, but could arrive early due to shipping carrier scheduling. Only Overnight Delivery orders can be guaranteed to arrive on a specific delivery date due to shipping carrier rules.
Saturday:
In order to have your package delivered on a Saturday, your order must be placed by 11:00 am Friday (EST). For Saturday Overnight Delivery, add $20.00 to standard shipping charges. This service is not available in all areas. Please contact us for more information at 1-269-684-1323
Sunday:
Sunday delivery is not offered at this time.
Holidays:
Due to carrier holidays, orders cannot be delivered on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship within the United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please contact the store for shipping charges. Packages must be sent 2nd Day or Overnight.
